Very pretty. I'd love to see some highlights, but I think she's always been her natural color, which I envy. Her hair is so healthy, I bet.

I get that she grew up, but she looks like a shell of her former self. 
she still looks like this, just with shorter hair!

So I heard on WBLI she cut it b/c Tom took a movie role that she didn't want him to take.
For the record, I like it.
ETA:
Oddly enough I think her outfit looks very much like something Nicole Kidman would wear.

 how so? Posh wears nothing but SUPER tight and SUPER low cut everything. not to mention Victoria looks like orange glo with plastic boobs. aside from a similar hair style, I see no resemblance whatsoever.
