Did you see the police report yet? Can you tell who hit who from the damage? With DH's accident the guy hit him in the back yet still tried to say DH hit him.  The fight with insurance was a nightmare.

that blows. Forensics can show what really happened with trajectory and angles.
Stand your ground. let your insurance companies battle it out. that's what you pay premiums for.

I had the same problem 2 years ago -
the guy blew a stop sign and hit me in the passenger side. To me it was obvious.
He told the cops I was speeding and came out of nowhere. Idiot.
I was 7 months pregnant with twins with my mom and son in the car.
The insurance company will work it out.
