I almost just walked out of my job
It's one thing when the job itself, the work is not what you expected...but another thing when EVERYONE is nasty 
I feel so helpless right now

dude- just leave- really, can you? b/c it's not worth it- leave and pick up a job somewhere for the time being like barnes & noble or something

So sorry to hear that. Can you take a personal day/ mental health day?
Next step - I'm with someone else who posted, its not worth being completely miserable - if you'll be ok, maybe look for something part-time till a new job comes along?

i know EXACTLY how you feel. i had that moment on friday.
i don't know if this can work for you, but this is what i'm doing.
i went home, emailed Michelina627 about re-vamping my resume (she does it as a side business). and i'm going to calmly plan my escape.
for me it was the straw that broke the camel's back.
i don't know if it's been of any help to you, but at least you know you're not alone. and like others have stated, life is too short to be this miserable.
hope it gets better
