Escalators that go down. I get on them, but I always take extra time. I fell down one once at MSG when I was a kid at the circus.

Definitely any type of bugs but only if they are in the house. I can deal with most bugs outside except for bees, mosquitos and spiders.

I love the water - but if I snorkel on vacation - I have to make sure I'm surrounded by people. That way - my odds are better.
One time - I found myself alone and I had a panic attack. Crying and everything.

Escalators. I ALWAYS have to hold on. Going up or down. And I hesitate a brief second before getting on one, more so going down.

I have a serious fear of spiders.
I was speaking with a coworker in her office this week and one of those black jumpy spiders came flying out from under a bookshelf. I completely embarassed myself in front of everyone by running out of there screaming and practically crying. it's bad!

Also elevators freak me out, when I was 3 my cousin stopped an elevator and turned the lights out. I started screaming for my life while he laughed.

DH has the same feeling about cotton - mostly that found in a pill botle or something.
I am definitely afraid of elevators - start pannicking if it takes more than 3 seconds for the doors to open once it stops.
