It is insane but there is a house around the block from my parents..$619K...It is a nice house, but is so out of place on the block...Why would you spend $619K to be in Levittown

these homes are proof that if you put too much $$$ into your house, you could be priced too high for your area. Personally I would only spend up to 500K for Levittown.

This one is for $950k....its right next door to the old nathans....granted its brand new but if I was spending that much money it would not be in Levittown and thats where I grew up.

I would have to agree...I grew up in Levittown & would not spend more then $450K to live there!!! $950K is absolutely ridiculous!

Classic example where the home owner puts $$$$$$ into thier home thinking they can sell it and get it back and more without realizing you have to go by the town and what comparable houses are selling for in your area. they will never get anywhere close to 700 they prob arent serious and threw it out there to see if they get any bites.

Normal size is 40x100 or 60x100

I still don't think that it is that big of a piece of property to increase the price of the home.
And I think that is only the norm in Nassau 40x100 etc not all of LI.
We have 40x140 in Nassau.
