I usually allow myself 1 day during the week to buy my lunch, I can't afford it, it gets so expensive in the city... Friday during the lent though is my street pretzel for lunch day... but that doesn't count.

I never do but I am going to start-eating in the city can get expensive every week! Plus-i am getting sick of everything around me.

I bring it but mostly b/c it's easier...
I have a gluten sensitivity so I am not supposed to eat bread, and I find that most deli's salads suck!

I only work 4 days a week & one day we don't take a lunch break. I bring at least twice a week. Sometimes we get free lunch & once in a while I like to go out to get something w/the girls.
We never spend more than $10 each though.
I bring leftovers, or salad-one head of romaine lettuce, a small piece of cheese, perdue chicken shortcuts & I leave a bottle of my dressing & a jar of roasted peppers in the fridge at work.
Sometimes I have other stuff too add like a cucumber or carrots. We have a little kitchenette, so I assemble the salad there.
It takes two seconds to put those things in a bag in the morning. For breakfast I bring a nutrigrain bar that I eat in the car & a yogurt that I eat later at work.

I try to bring those LC or Smartones and then snacks for duing the day
I always buy coffee though or tea and some days I will buy lunch, depends on how I feel, what I am craving

I HAVE to bring my lunch. School cafeteria food  is awful!
I could run out and pick up lunch but by the time I get back and find the ONLY open door in my school I'd have no time to eat.
