Levittown
DH and I are looking to possibly buy a home in Levittown. We saw a really nice home in the R-Section but are somewhat unfamiliar with the area.
Any info would be great! TIA

Our apartment was in the E-section, just behind the Levittown Bakery. Now our home is off of Gardiners Ave.

Levittown by MacArthur is nicer than my DIvision at least thats my opinion. I grew up in Seaford and went to Levittown Schools

I bought a house in Levittown in DIVISION area and I love it!!!!

I bought a house in Levittown in DIVISION area and I love it!!!!
Love L-Town
My DH went to Island Trees too. graduated 100 years ago.  ok, more like '75. He's the director of the IT library!!

Levittown is a nice area. I grew up there & went to Salk, MacArthur. My parents are in the S-section & it is definately desireable. Actually their house will be on the market shortly! Neighbors are very friendly, close to stores & schools.

Danielle and I live there and we are in the Salk/Macarthur school zone.
We love the area, and our neighbors. We have a great block. Everyone does things for each other.
Levittown is unlike any other town I have ever lived in. People take in your garbage cans when you are unable to do it, I have a neighbor that snow blows or shovels when no one is home, and eveeryone talks to each other...It is a nice block.
Also we have 4 houses for sale on my block if anyone is looking.

Yup. He's been there about a year and loves it. He especially loves the 5 minute commute.
