If you have decided not to participate please let me know and I will remove you from the list.
If you are in the challenge you are responsible for checking in with us once a week. I will post the weekly thread on Mondays but you can update us on how you're doing any day.
Remember even if you're struggling check in and we can pull you through. Being a mom and losing weight and exercising is super tough. We need all the support we can get.


OK next. I think the vote for those who want to do it solo vs having buddies is very close so IF you want a buddy FM me and I will pair people up so you can get day to day support from your buddy through the challenge.

I had a great first day. I have my day planned with my WW points and so far so good sticking to it. I also got back to the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical and some weights. I am feeling really positive!!

I weigh in at WW on Wednesdays. I'll let you know how I do. I am trying to eat better foods , I will be happy if I lose a pound this week.

I have been fighting off a cold so I haven't been able to work out this week. I didn't lose any weight, but I'm confident that I'll get back on track once I'm better.

Well, thanks to my stomache virus, I lost 3lbs. last week But I still want to lose 15. I'm doing WW hardcore, and while I always count my points, I had been quite liberal the last two weeks, so I was very strict today. I'm so excited to lose weight! WOO!

Wowing seeing it in writing is so motivating, thanks for putting this together! I started by doing some light stretches today...hey it's something and I plan to wake up early (most likely WITH ds) and work out quick before getting us ready in the morning.

Thank you for going to all of this effort to organize this! Even though it's freezing outside, spring/summer and Mother's Day is right around the corner!
I actually had a great first day b/c I knew in my head this challenge was starting today!!

Well I went to weight watchers for the first time tonight. Suffice it to say, when I stepped on the scale, I wanted to CRY! I came home and labelled almost all my food in my house. I started at midnight tonight and have already drunk my first water! LOL

I know its going to be hard but I HAVE to do it. Good luck to everyone!

By some miracle DS woke up at 4:50 and talked to himself til 5:15, then fell back asleep til 7AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So.....I was able to get up and work out in peace. I am hoping it lasts... this challenge is definitely motivating me!!

Can I join? I'm doing really well with my weight loss. I still would like to lose 10 lbs. When's mother's day this year? I want to make sure 10 lbs is a realistic goal... It's May, right? 10 lbs would definitely be realistic then if that's the case...

Ok..first day of officially following points. So far, I am STARVING! HAHA!

I have 21 points left for the day though which is good. I cannot wait for the next meal!

Unfortunately I don't have a scale, which I need to get. I am nervous about going to weight watchers. I've done it in the past and haven't had too much success on it.

But, one of my goals was to eat healthier and I have certainly done that. However, I really need to eat MORE. I have only been eating lunch now that I am back at work because I'm so busy when I get home that I forget and it's almost bed time, so I just say forget it.

Also, I walked up the escalator every day instead of standing on the side. Mostly because I was almost late and practically running the 4 blocks from the train to work, but it still counts!

I havent been doing as much as I like but at least I can say that I've been walking during my lunch hour with a co-worker every day for about two weeks now.

Oh ladies... I'm having a tough start... I wish it would warm up outside, I have no motivation... I did make it a point to walk during lunch - even if it's just a few blocks to pick up my lunch... I've walked everyday since last week, so that's a plus. When the weather gets warmer I'm going to start up with my walks in the morning from Penn Station to work. I only need it to be 40degrees... this is too cold.

I'm on and off with the eating...

I'm just in a slump and I can't get out! HELP!

So how's evreyone doing this week? I exercised 3 days and ate well but it looks like I didn't lose anything (I peeked at he scale today). I hope it goes down at WW tomorrow.

Im doing WW core on my own. so far lost 5 SLOW pounds but I hope to lose LOTS more

so whats the rules, do we report each week how much we've lost ?
