Mostly Mama- once in a while he yells out "MOMMY!" It has been Mama since was an infant.
I use Ma-Ma but I think because my sil always uses it with my nephew..
BUT i only get it when she is crying

We always said mommy and daddy and although she started out with mama and dada she calls us mommy and daddy.
She calld grandma "mamaw"
