Update on my BEHRS- issue
Well since they emailed Barb- I contacted them- and they have not only ordered the piece that was broken- but another piece for the other side as well..
So Im getting 2 brand new sides for my crib... She said they will fix it in my home at a time that is convient for me
Now we just gotta wait until the pieces arrive!
Im very happy they are helping me out- but am a little sad- it took me ranting about their service over the internet for them to help me out! IMO- with price we pay for furniture- there shouldve never been a question on whether or not they'd fix it!

wow i had my crib 21/2 years and they fixed it for the next child to use with no problems that was about 2 years ago i delt with Reggie and he was really great..
