If you guys use the flower icon (macro) on your camera and you turn off the flash... this will help.
Also natural light is the best... so sunlight it is!
If all else fails, take the picture as clear as you can get it, regardless of how far away it is. Then when you upload it on your computer, edit it and blow it up!

Ok, here's what I wish was my engagement ring. I wear it as my e-ring a lot, but I don't have a wedding band for it. I'd like to get one made for our 2nd anniversary.
And here's my actual e-ring. I like it, but I really much prefer a colored gemstone as the center of a ring.

I hardly wear mine anymore... They don't fit as good after having my kids, so I am waiting until I am finished having kids before I get them resized. This is an old picture, but its my rings!
And yes, my e-ring is white gold and my wedding band is platinum. My e-ring is a family heirloom, so we didn't want to change the old-fashioned setting.
