Re: question about stage 2 foods
I always waited 3 days if I gave a new food. If she has had apples and bananas and had no reaction than she will be fine with them combined.

Re: question about stage 2 foods
I only wait the 3-5 days if she hasn't had one of the ingredients in the mixes. If she has had all of them, I don't wait in between.

Re: question about stage 2 foods
Since Hannah already has a food allergy to milk, I would wait at least two days. That's what I do with Ava since she also has other allergies.

Re: question about stage 2 foods
Im a bad person to ask, I just look on the shelf and pick anything that we're in the mood for but now that my 2yr old has had allergic reactions to we dont know what , im much more cautious with things in general...
you know your baby best, do what you feel to make yourself feel comfortable about it.

pear is the one fruit that has consistenly caused a reaction in hannah! i have to be super careful with the mixed fruits to make sure they dont have pear in them :(

Re: question about stage 2 foods
If the combo contained a new ingredient, I gave for 3-5 days before trying something else with a new ingredient.

The difference is really only size and I guess they have more options available in the fruits, but I would switch when you find DC finishing all the stage ones.

Also - my friend's DD had a bad reaction to the berries. She was 7 months old at the time.
