to completely swell up in your ninth month. im 37 weeks and i look so gross!!!! im sooo swollen, EVERYWHERE even face

I only swelled in my ankles. You may want to call your ob/gyn.
This is from Babycenter.com
Call your midwife or doctor if you notice swelling in your face or puffiness around your eyes, more than slight swelling of your hands, or excessive or sudden swelling of your feet or ankles. This could be a sign of preeclampsia, a serious condition

I swelled like crazy starting at 36 weeks, my feet, ankles, face and hands. I did not have pre-eclampsia.
I noticed i blew up when i did too much, didn't drink enough water and ate too much salt.

I swelled up like a balloon my last month of pregnancy - it was awful!!! I used to be able to press my calf in and the indent used to stick around for a few seconds, it was disgusting! Make sure you drink lots of water!!! Try to walk around a bit too!

I was so swollen at the end I think if you pricked my skin water would have come shooting out. Then again I gave birth at the end of August plus I had went back to work in my 9th month after 10wks of bedrest.

i was like that fom 32 weeks on and it got really bad toward the end. my face was spreading and my nose and feet were huge. i had pre-exclampsia which is high blood pressure and extra protein in my urine. i had to go to the doctor every other day to have my blood pressure checked. talk to your doctor and don't worry, everything went back to normal 3 weeks after i delivered.

I was very swollen at the very end. But if it came on sudden I would definitely call your doctor. Good luck!
