our house...only once. We knew it had so much potential and it was in a great neighborhood.

It went on the market on a Wednesday, we saw it Friday afternoon and put an offer in on the Monday. Then we saw it again on the Tuesday and we waited outside while the agent spoke with the owner and he came out and said she accepted. We had been looking for 6 months and it was exactly what we had been looking for all along.
But totally nervewracking! Seriously, I've visited shoes more times before buying them!!!!

After seeing our house once DH and I wanted to put an offer on it but we brought both of our fathers with us for a 2nd visit to get their opinions and put the offer on it then.

Once...we offered hours after we saw it.
once - we knew it was the one we wanted as soon as we finished walking through. We had looked at TONS of houses, so we knew what we wanted
