there were two houses we visited twice & made offers & then our house we stepped about two feet inside, whispered our offer to eachother & offered on the spot

We saw the house twice, and we made the offer at the end of the day after we saw it the 2nd time.

We went to see it at 10:30am on a Saturday and made an offer at about noon. We got a counter offer at about 3pm...

Twice.
The first time we were and called it the "disaster house" but then I realized it would be cheaper to buy that house and totally redo it exactly to our tastes. It needed so much work no one else was touching it.
Then we went back a few weks later and made an offer.

Three times with the same agent. Then DH & I drove by the house for a week straight (house was vacant). Then we made an offer!
