You could but you missed some good episodes. You can get them on dvd if you want the history.

also lifetime is playing them from the very beginning now.

we started watching halfway through last season. We misseda bunch of big things, but were able to pick up on it quickly, and i was hooked right away.
i got the DVDsof season 1 &2 as a gift, so i watched it over my holiday break.. it caught me up to speed, But, i had pretty much already figured all of the background stuff out. You'll enjoy it... its easy to pick up!
