Great area in Coram!! PotofLock06 just went into contract with a house in the same W section area!!! Congrats!! And Middle country is fine! I speak from personal experience!!!

I LOVE that house, I have a deep sentimental feeling for the W-section, I grew up there! I was in the tiny comsewogue section, but lots of my friends went to MC or longwood.
I have posted on here before about that neighborhood being a great buy for the $$$$.
I haven't lived there since 1996, and my parents sold the house in 97, but I truly LOVED my life there. My very best friend through high school lived in that model, its a great floor plan!

Actually, no We bid on a house just down the street from the one you bid on, but the owner's wouldn't budge, so we moved onto greener pastures and won a bid on a house in located within an area of a golf course in Port Jeff. Sta. You'll love the W section - we have family that lives there and they love it.
