OPK with FMU?
I just got the ClearBlue Easy Digital OPK's. The directions say to hold your pee for 4 hrs and you can test anytime of the day. Can I use FMU? I can't hold my pee for 4 hrs during the day!

Your body usually won't surge in the am, it's not like FMU for pg tests, the hormone doesn't collect overnight like HCG.
You can hold your pee for 4 hours believe me! It's best to test in the afternoon. You have a better chance of getting the surge then.

I used these this month for the first time. Tested with fmu cause it said you could on the box. Got a smiley so i guess it worked! Good luck

I think the issue with FMU vs afternoon is that the surge usually occurs in mid to late afternoon. You want to catch the surge as soon as possible to get as much time as possible to BD. By catching it in the morning, you're likely catching the end of a surge- giving you less time to BD....

They say the best time to test is in the early evening..like 6pm-7pm and not the morning.......
also, you don't need to hold your pee for that long..just don't drink a lot of water...

The test I used said not to use FMU but between the hours of 10am - 8pm without drinking for 2 hours.
