Recourse against Inspector?
Does a homeowner have any recourse against an inspector if you point something out during the inspection that is a concern to you and the inspector tells you it is not a problem and then turns out to be? Such as windows or a roof that needs to be replaced?

Good luck-you can go to small claims I'm sure.

Some of the companies have a guarantee. Unforuntely, usually the guarantee only applies for a short time and is expired by the time you close.
I know first hand, because we had a leaking roof which the inspector neglected to mention.
