if the mix is kosher, then it's kosher!
but if u're really observant, then your kitchen, oven, all utensils, etc have to be kosher too...

well we don't keep Kosher... I was teasing 
but the mix is Ghirardelli DOUBLE chocolate and OMG!!!!!  they are unbelievable!
