One Singular Sensation: Keeping Marriage and Monogamy “Hot”

By Mia Bolaris-Forget

I recently read an article that suggested that cheating, even the thought of cheating, while not condoned, is quite “common” among couples. And, while it’s not necessarily a phenomenon of our century or generation, in a sense, at least looking at others had become more acceptable. And, many in today’s world would suggest that monogamy is highly over-rated.

Still, there are those with more “traditional” values, but even they may find themselves “lamenting” over the associated stereotypes.

But, believe it or not, some of the “hottest” women around, yup, some of the ones some of our men may be oogling and “drooling” over say monogamy is where it’s at and they offer some pointers on keeping it hot.

The suggest first preparing yourself mentally and committing to not only put some time aside for the two of you, but also to promise (yourself) to do one sexy thing each month for your mate.

Among these:

· Hit The Trenches: Consider picking your man up (from his business trip) with nothing on but a long (trench) coat, perhaps a sexy negligee, thigh highs and some heels. And, don’t be shy about dropping hints about what’s “hiding” underneath.

· Mirror, Mirror: If you’re the one going away on business, consider asking him to give you a “proper sendoff” and/or leave a love note (perhaps about what you look forward to doing when you get back) on the washroom mirror.

· Dress For Sexcess: Think back to the days when you man use to whine you and dine you, and think about what YOU were doing right. Chances are you were letting his imagination run wild about what was “hiding” underneath your elegant ensemble. Now that you’ve living under one roof, give him a sneak peak or what use to peak his interest. Consider laying out some sexy panties/lingerie on your bed as your shower and prepare for a night out and give him good reason to show YOU a good time and then get you back home.

· Slip Him Something Sexy: This one’s for the more daring and devoted wives. Some notably sexy ladies suggest discreetly (though I can’t quite figure out just how that’s done, slipping off your panties during dinner, then reaching for your man’s hand under the table and offering him you own dessert menu.

· Do A Techno Tease: Consider taking a provocative, but tasteful photo of yourself with your cell and forwarding it to his.

· Go On A Date: Yes, with him. Arrange for some time away and alone and involving more excitement than “just” dinner. Consider doing something fun afterwards, like salsa dancing, which is in and of itself very sexy, or rather than renting a movie, go to a movie and sit in the back row where you can exchange some discreet kisses and hold hands.

· Give Him Some R-E-S-P-E-C-T: This may not be as overt as elicit photos or lingerie, but it DOES earn you brownie points with your man. Experts suggest treating him, not only the way you’d treat others, but better. As hard as it may be refrain from answering the phone, or doing chores when he’s giving you love and attention or when he’s telling you about something important about his day.

· Butter Him Up: Sort of literally. Set a scintillating table with some wine, mood music and lighting, rent his favorite (action) flick, or one he’s been meaning to see, and prepare a hot, home-cooked meal. And, get all dolled up to serve it. After all isn’t your man’s stomach the everlasting way to his heart?

· Drive Him Wild: Consider borrowing his vehicle when he’s not looking and getting it washed, waxed and vacuumed, and for no apparent reason at all. Leave a nice love note by the steering wheel to really rev his engine.
