Has anyone ever lost weight while pregnant?
I mean if you start off being overweight and you decide to walk and eat healthy ....Is it possible to lose weight and not really gain that much???

Nope - didn't happen for me
The only thing I kick myself for now is that I should have lost more weight before getting pregnant.

This happened to my cousin. She was overweight when she got pregnant. She really started eating well and actually lost weight during her pregnancy. She looks great and both she and the baby are healthy.

I lost weight but more because of morning sickness rather then exercise. Now that i am eating again but really haven't increased my caloric intake, I am not gaining/not losing. since the babies are gaining, I guess I am really losing and expect to weigh less once I give birth then I did pre-pregnancy.

I am hoping that all the BD'ing we did this month paid off and I am starting 30lbs obver my NORMAL weight so I am gonna start today....walking and eating healthier
so hopefully I wont be a BIG FAT MOOSE again
