Genetic Testing Results
I got my results today for Down syndrome and they were 1/7569 and mt results for trisonmy were 1/>10,000. The doctor said that she thought these results were great and this test "sufficient" but I guess I don't really have a reference point. How low could your odds be? Tia!

Genetic Testing Results
Honestly if the doctor thinks they're great results, I wouldn't even think twice. I never even got my numbers. I was told that they were within normal range and that was that. It was all I needed to hear.

I also wasn't given my numbers with this pregnancy, just told that everything came back great.
I wouldn't think to much into it, especially if your Dr thinks everything is normal. :)

Genetic Testing Results
Those are great numbers. Your risk of Down syndrome is 0.01% and for trisomy 13 and18 <0.01%.
The chart at the bottom of this article is similar to the one my genetic counselor gave me:

I did not ask for numbers either. I was just told that my results were excellent. If your doctor is not concerned, I would not be concerned! Have a happy and healthy 9 mo!
