Usually Oatmeal or cereal with Skim and always a fruit.

Greek yogurt with honey or cottage cheese with fruit.
I like eggs and bacon but I try to stay away from them since I have high cholesterol naturally, and I HATE plain egg whites.

These are my go-to breakfasts:
(1) 3 egg whites with peppers, onions, tomatoes & turkey
(2) package of cream of wheat with some yogurt on the side
(3) fruit with cottage cheese
(4) protein shake with banana & peanut butter
(5) vitamuffin top with cottage cheese on the side
