Sunday - Easter Dinner at my parents house
Monday - Leftovers!
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken, asparagus on the grill and a salad
Wednesday - Grilled chicken (from Tuesday) wtih baked potato and peas (Dh is working)
Thursday - Turkey Burgers on the grill
Friday - Dinner out

Sunday: Chinese Food! We got home too late for Easter with our families and I didn't have any food out to cook!
Monday: Roasted Chicken Breasts, Rice, Gravy, Sauteed Asparagus
Tuesday: Grilled Steak, Salad, Roasted Salt Potatoes, Tomatoes with Basil & Balsamic vinegar.
Wednesday: Spaghetti, Sausage, Italian Bread, Salad
Thursday: Chicken Fajitas with all the fixin's.
Friday: Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Milkshakes, Green Beans
Saturday: Undecided...

Sunday: Easter Dinner: lamb Shish Kebob, grilled veggies on bbq, and brown rice pilaf
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: bbq: hamburgers and hotdogs with corn and fries or chips
Wed: 10 cent wing night
Thurs: Dinner at my sister's
Fri:??
Sat:??
Not sure about the weekend. If the weather is as nice as this weekend...he'll probably want to bbq
I'll edit as we figure it out

This is going to be a boring week I think 
Easter Sunday: Tangerine Glazed Spiral Ham w/ carrots, Potatoes & Green Beans, Tri Colori Salad, Macaroni Pie, Easter Meat Pie
Monday: Macaroni & Meatballs (my parents sent home frozen sauce), Italian Bread
Tuesday: Rojenero's Teriakyi Glazed Chicken Thighs, Rainbow Fried Rice, Beet Salad
Wednesday: My parents for Sausage & Pepper Hero's and Macaroni
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Breast & Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches w/Melted Mozzarella, Green Salad
Friday: Grilled Steak, BBQ Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Tomato Salad

Saturday - Ina's Engagement chicken, roasted potatoes, salad
Easter Sunday - my mom and i made apple-walnut cinnamon buns, blueberry streusel muffins, scrambled eggs with lox & scallions, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, toast and hashbrowns. we ate at like 12:30 and were FULL the rest of the day (plus all of the easter candy)
Monday - Turkey Tacos, rice, beans
Tuesday - Lemon & rosemary chicken, couscous, roasted zucchini
Wednesday - Baked tortellini with sausage
Thursday - Southwestern Grilled chicken salads
Friday - sushi night!

Wed: Mexican meatloaf, roasted corn and tomato salad, black beans with lime and chilis
Thurs: Apple walnut chicken salad sandwiches, arugala salad, roasted balsamic veggies
Fri: Smoked turky, provolone, pesto mayo and tomato paninis, homemade cottage fries, greek salad
Sat: Out
Sun: Homemade crab cakes, spicy tartar sauce, cole slaw and kettle chips.

Sunday-Easter at In laws--yum!
Monday- grilled chicken and pasta salad (for DH, I am going to a memorial at a friends house so I will prob munch on something there)
Tuesday--taco salad for me, tacos for Dh--Homemade guac ( keep saying I am makiung tacos and change the menu on taco day! )
Wednesday-flounder with some shrimp scampi on top, brown rice, asparagus
Thursday-lemon chicken,baked potatoes, string beans
Friday-friends are coming over TBD
Sat- BFF's bach party

Glad you enjoyed it! Now you see why I keep making it almost every week I'm excited that the weather is warming up so that DH can start grilling it instead of me baking it in the oven.

monday - polenta lasagna with cheesey kale and portabella filling
tuesday - asparagus "quiche" (tofu instead of egg - dh hates egg...) with brown rice crust and baked okra on the side
wednesday - chipotle red bean burgers and kale chips
thursday - polenta and tofu skillet
friday - baked tostadas
saturday and sunday - can't remember for the life of me, but it's written down downstairs and i shopped for it today so something will be made!
and for breakfast, pancakes (b/c i need to use up buttermilk left over from irish soda bread), baked oatmeal with various fruits (b/c i just discovered it and love it), and cereal (b/c i got it on sale and could eat it for every meal )
