I don't but I really really need to. I used to walk a lot when I worked in the city but now that I drive, I am so bad....I just started doing 5, 10 min on the elliptical...that's all I can handle So out of shape

I don't work out and I eat whatever I want (I do have a limited diet as I dont eat red meat and I dont really care for white meat all that much). To be fair, I don't drive in this country (but I do when I am in NY) so I do walk to the train station and just a lot of walking in general.

I would like to tone up, though.

For a long time I didn't. I didn't even walk anywhere but I started up again back in October and I feel so much better. I have actually slacked off the past two weeks and feel so blah!

i walk the dog and sometimes jog with him... but not very far. lol, just last week i was sitting on the bowflex eating a bowl of ice cream - dh took a picture of that! i used to go to the gym all the time, but since i moved in with dh, away from my gym, i haven't gone. it's been a year and a half now. i need to do something - i'm chunky.

I exercise in the spring/summer...

Not regularly but more than fall/winter (which is never.)

i never used to, but after a few years after dating DH my body changed and now I need to exercise

I haven't worked out regularly in years. I blame it on my long commute and long work day. I also always find an excuse not to work out on the weekends. Next week, I'm moving much closer to my job. Hopefully, the shorter commute will motivate me to find time to work out.

I wasn't for 3 months, but I just went back last week and have been going strong.

I think I'm addicted again.

me. i haven't worked out religiously since i worked in the city about 4 years ago. i keep saying next week i'm going to start, but it never happens. i even had my dh buy me an elliptical that i hardly used. once the construction in my house is finished, i'm getting my fat azz back on that thing and back in shape !

I haven't been to the gym since my wedding (may ) but I do low impact workouts at home sometimes. I actually just got myself a walking buddy who is DH's friend from when they were little. She lives near me and we decided to start exercising together. I'm excited! We start on Monday
