Be honest, who doesn't exercise at all?
okay I admit, I don't workout.
I only walk to the train station and that's it.
I just don't have the motivation for it.

Damn, I've seen pictures of all three of you and I would have guessed you work out all the time.
You've all got great bodies!!
I don't work out at all either - never really had to, but I think I will need to come June!

I haven;t in a long time, but I just dusted off our treadmill and have started walking/running on that 30 minutes every other day, if I can.

NEVER work out!! I can't stand exercise in any form.
It's bad but I can't help it. I have no motivation to work out and can think of 1000 other things I'd rather do!

I walk up 2 hills everynight night! Does that count?
With the exception of a brief yoga class in the fall of 05, I haven't worked out regularly in about 3 1/2 years. And even back then it wasn't all that regularly.
Unfortunately, it shows. . .
