Re: Which bottles did you register for?

I registered for small sets of different one - you never know which one your baby will like...

A mom made that suggestion to me.

good luck!

I think that waytogo has a good suggestion although so far I only registered for Dr. Browns. Many family members highly recommended the brand to me.

Re: Which bottles did you register for?

I bought the Playtex Nursers and Drop Ins liners. I used them with my first and they worked great. Easy to clean and less gas since there is no air in the bottles.

these as well for me. i used the johnson's healthflow for my daughter and she loved them and never had gas [except when she used similac formula]. they don't seem to sell them anymore so i went with what was the most similar as it worked for me.

DOES SIMILAC CAUSE MORE GAS????

DD used Enfamil at the hospital but I switched her to Similac (got the ok from Dr first)
Ihad so many coupons for that so he said they were basically the same but I noticed she cries a lot more since the switch

Re: Which bottles did you register for?

Maybe...my DS had lots of gas the few days we supplemented BF with similac. but it was free and only a few days so we didn't care.

I went with Avent..never had a problem. I tried the Playtex w/the liner and my son hated them.

I'll probably stick with Avent this time also.

It did for my son. The consistency was really thick and he was always gassy. I switched him to Good Start and noticed he did much better on that. I've heard others say the same about Similac, that it makes their babies gassy.
