Either filtered (brita); boiled or just plain tap water.
Bottled water is not regulated, and a lot of it has flouride, which DC doesn't need as a newborn.

It is good to know this information about the bottled vs tap water regulations. I have been boiling water just out of convenience since I have no room to store bottled water.
