What happened to my sleeping baby?
For the last month Jordana has been getting up in the middle of the night and SCREAMING. Not crying, SCREAMING.She only calms down if we bring her into bed with us. She is 20 months old.
At first i knew it was her teeth coming in. I think she has them all but her 2 year molars. But then the teeth broke through 3 weeks agp. But still is waking up.
About a week ago we took the bumper out of her crib. It got all ripped and kept flopping over. But it hasn't made a difference. I am even starting to wonder if we should put it back on.
I am at a loss. I don't want to keep bring her into bed with us, but I can't let her scream. It breaks my heart, and she wakes us up.

the same thing is happening right now with my sister's DD. she is about the same age. She took the bumpers out and her DD was screaming every night. She put them back in, and she sleeps like a champ.

My son did the sam thing at that age. I thought it might be night terrors - It did stop after a few weeks.

My close friend's daughter is a little over 2 and the same thing is happening. She was having bad dreams. This little girl is very verbal and able to tell her parents what they were about.

Wish i had the answer for you. I'm going through the same thing x 2. My DC are 18 months old. With 4 of us in the bed, none of us are getting a good nights sleep!
