Sun : out with friends
Mon : broiled steak, boiled potatoes with butter, sauteed squash and mushrooms.
Tues : breaded chicken cutlets, rice pilaf, cucumber salad
Wed : (for DH) lamb chops buttered egg noodles, veggie salad. (for me) either pea soup or grilled cheese and tomato sandwich.
Thurs : Brats, sauerkraut and pierogie.
Fri : Hamburgers and tater tots, tomato and mozzarella salad.
Sat : maybe out ?

Sun: Dinner at my sister's
Mon: Crock pot beef stew
Tues: ST Rice ball casserole
Weds: Leftover stew
Thurs: Leftover casserole
Fri: ST chicken and lentil soup

Sunday - had people over for a BBQ - grilled buffalo chicken sandwiches with julienned carrots and celery, burgers, chips, roasted cauliflower
Monday - leftovers
Tuesday - Chinese
Wednesday - skillet lasagna, sauteed spinach
Thursday - I'm out, grilled cheese for the boys
Friday - white bean and kale soup, ciabatta rolls with sea salt
Saturday - out
