made this tonight, didn't make it vegan because i had regular mayo in the house. came out amazing. I had this at a restaurant recently and just had to find the recipe.

and very easy to make too.

lol it was so good i made a second batch immediately and proceeded to shove it down my throat!!

dh hates coconut, he wasn't excited about it either but its not for the flavor its to add bulk. i didn't really taste it.

ok, maybe I'll try it. Funny thing is, sometimes it easier to try something new when I dont see it being made, like when someone else cooks
