*UPDATE*. NYC TEACHERS, Re:letter we received about having to send in proof of people we have on our insurance...
Although I found this to be a royal pain in the butt I did
it online. I scanned my child's BC and mine and my husbands marriage LIC. I got a letter stating my daughter was confirmed but my marriage LIC was not and to
now send in our recent tax statement. Why would
you think my marriage LIC wasn't good enough?
Have you all done this already?
Just in on the UFT website, now everyone DOES have to submit their paperwork, but by October 4th. Not sure if I feel relieved now that its done or still worried that I did it early. Stupid UFT!

It said in the instructions for your spouse you need both marriage license and last years tax return just black out Ay and any amount

I had to send in my licence as well as something else. DH and I file our taxes separately so I sent in a recent copy of our bank statement that had both our names on it.

What a great name, congrats! How on earth are you handling being a mommy of 3? I'm really not ready with all the new sh$t, kinda scared actually-LOL.
You don't know of any JHS OR HS ELA jobs in Queens, do you? I have a friend looking who's an amazing teacher but his Pre-K to 8 school is phasing our the JHS grades so he was just excessed, feel so badly!!

For spouses, you need to have 2 proofs. for children, just 1 proof.

3 is crazy. We are so outnumbered 
I don't know of any ELA jobs. My school is small and there are only 5 of us in my dept. He has had no luck on open market?

Yes, it said that for marriages you needed two documents for proof. I am sending in our marriage license and tax statement.

I did mine online, and it was verified almost instantaneously.
Unfortunately, I think this is the first step in them getting us to pay for insurance in the future...
