1) I eat pretty much everything...I just stay away from extra spicy foods. Your DC will tell you what he doesn't like.

The day after the Superbowl, DD told me she did not like the chili I had the night before! That's the only food she has had a problem with.

2) The feeling that you aren't giving DC enough is a very common one but it's often wrong. If your DC is wetting enough diapers per day, h/she's getting enough. I would count diapers with just BM feeding before you start supplementing. Also, DC will probably be eating more often when you give him BM so expect to feed him again sooner than you would with FF.

Our ped had us supplement with formula for one feeding at night ONLY because I was exhausted and she wanted me to get some rest. Formula would hold her over longer so I could get some sleep. I pumped while DH gave her the bottle.

3) If you pump when you FF, then you do can do both. But if you replace a feeding with formula and don't pump, you'll compromise your milk supply.
