True Blood 8/8 - ***[NO Book Spoilers]***
Anyone else bummed that she isn't starting a romance with Alcide?
I can't believe Eric killed that guy... I mean, I can, but wow that was brave and stupid!
I really don't like Crystal at all. I'm also getting a little tired of Tara's quivering chin. I know she's been through a lot but I'm getting bored of her character.
What did you y'all think?

I think it was one of the best episodes this season!!
The Eric scene and whatever that guys name is ... was just intense with all that Gay vampire loving going on ... all i could think of was what I wonder waht every girl who loves Eric must be thinking  ... i knew he was going to kill him i was waiting for him to get his revenge and I am asumming he is not done!!
Love Bill even more I am so happy that he tought Jessica how to fight and being so kind with her and I am even more excited that him and Sooke are back together  ... if he knows what is good for him ... him and jessica should just stay at Sookies house so no other vampire can get him or jessica!!
I am hopeing they will reveal what Sookie is next week ... though whatever she is I assume her blood must allow vampires to be out during the day light! Thats my take on it at least.
I want to know what the hell is with Jasons new girl ... what are they ... i thought they might be shifters but i am thinking they are not ... I am thinking sam and tommy must have some idea of what they are!
Cant wait for next week!

YES!  I can't believe Sookie allowed Debbie to get away. 
I really hope Eric has a plan to deal with Russell after killing Talbot.  That would have been a pretty stupid move without an idea of how to deal with Russell.
Crystal is so poorly acted, I can't stand her either. In the preview for next week, she yells at someone- He raped me! is she talking about Felton or Jason?
Also looks like Claudine makes another appearance and zaps Bill with that light from her hands.
Eric, Pam and Sophie Anne are the only witnesses to the magister's death. Who do you think Russell is going to try and pin it on?
How does Russell not notice that Franklin is missing?

Fraklin isnt missing. Russell knows what happened to him. They mentioned it briefly when Talbot was complaing to Russell about him leaving he had mentioned hacing to deal with Franklin in his rant.

I think Crystal is a werewolf. Her "father" is a werewolf, especially since Sam and his brother said they "smelled" somthing when they came into Merlotte's...I think...
and there was so much sex in last night's episode...I almost had to turn the TV off.....
Alcide is probably the hottest, sexiest most manly man I have ever seen in my life...and the way he and Sookie looked at eachother after they hugged...my husband and I were cheering them on to kiss. I bet there will be some sort of fight between Bill and Alcide...especially since the scene in the hospital were he growled at Bill when Sookie woke up and screamed...
great episode....

I am an eric lover and UGH did it turn me off in the beginning my skin was crawling. And just when the pivotal sex moment was about to happen.....thank god he killed him! You do what u gotta do I guess for revenge!
At least he was going to be the pitcher and not the catcher 
All and all great episode...I am so glad Russell didnt kill Jessica. I like her I think she is cute.
I really wonder though if Sookie can really trust Bill or trust Eric..... F it go for Alcide. I hope he comes back soon!
I just hope all the Eric gay scenes are done with this season.

I am sick of Tara too. Her quivering chin is so annoying. I'm so glad someone else feels that way too.
I really wouldn't like Sookie and Alcide together - I feel like he's way too good for her. Sookie seems needy and whiny and righteous.
I loved Bill and Jessica - I like Jessica too - I've always liked her. I hope she stays, and I hope they develop her character more.
I do think Crystal and her 'family' are shape shifters too. Jason is so stupid. So, so, so stupid. I'm getting tired of his character as well - no one can be that dumb. It's getting tiresome.

the only reason i am thinking maybe they are not shape shifters or if they are they are somthing more than Sam and Tommy is because why was that person eatiing that animal like that in human form  that kinda threw me off thinking they are something else besides shape shifters!

All I can say is 
I am so happy Bill and Sookie are together again! And I don't trust Eric, remember he tricked Sookie into drinking his blood last season?
I can't wait to find out what Sookie is and how she reacts that Bill has known all along.
I'm sure Alcide will be back too. Also, did anyone else notice that Debbie walks like a duck?
I think Cristal is a werewolf or something of the sort.
ALSO - did anyone else pick up on what LaFayette's mom said? The vampires, the dogs, the cats, and the witches? Maybe we are in for some sort of cat and witch characters? I think LaFayette may also have a history that Jesus knows about and he doesn't.

Yea, I'm wondering about LaFayette being "powerful" as she put it.
I think Eric sent Hadley to warn her as a nicety, something rare coming from him. But he did do it when the werewolves were coming after her too... I just want to hear someone SAY what Sookie is and at least explain some of the weird things.
I think Crystal is a wolf too. Maybe her Dad didn't want to buy V from LaFayette/Eric because their loyalty is to the King.
I do think it was pretty sneaky the way they made the trailer for this week look like Sookie was holding a gun to Bill, saying "Get out!" when it was really Debbie she was holding the gun on. They're so misleading sometimes!

See I dont see it as Eic being nice more than Eric wanting him for herslef ... esp. since he instructed Hadley not to say anything else except for what he told her... so baically she couldnt even tell Sookie what she is.

OMG what a show!
I was all prudish when Eric and Talbot were donking. I couldn't watch.
Crystal definately comes from a family of werewolves. A lot of clues have led up to that conlusion IMO.
At first I wanted Sookie with Alicde but I am glad they got her and Bill back together.
Tara is just MEH. I don't know. They need to make her badass again.

I actually like that it strays from the books a pretty fair amount because I never really know what to expect.

Very good point, I didn't think of that. You're probably right, he really is so calculating! I mean, he wanted her before to get back at Bill, and now that he knows what she is, maybe he wants to wield her.

Great episode. I watched it late last night.
I definitely think Crystal is a werewolf.
I really thought that Alcide and Sookie were going to kiss when he left. I am so torn between who I want to see Sookie with , Alcide or Eric. Although the last seen was HOT I found myself very disappointed that Sookie was back with Bill. I still don't trust Bill for some reason. DH and I have conflicting thoughts about Bill. There is something that is making me trust what Eric said.
Oh and i loved Jessica in this episode.

I watched the episode last night and I expected the scene with Eric and Talbot to be more explicit than it was.
I love Jessica!! I love that Bill is teaching her how to be a vamp.
I really want Alcide and Sookie together. He is so hot and they have a lot of chemistry. They both said that they should be with each other but they can't help loving the people they love.
Tara gets on my nerves and so does Jason.
I really hope Lafayette and Jesus work out. He is definitely something and Jesus knows what he is and knows about his past because of his mom.
