The Duggar Family.
does anyone remember this family from a dateline special awhile ago. well the mom is pregnant again for the 17th time. . The mom is 40 years old and the dh is 41. they have 16 kids are are expecting #17 in july. kids range from:
johannah 20 months
jackson 3 yrs
justin 4 yrs
james 5 yrs
jason 7 yrs
jeremiah 8 yrs
jedidiah 8 yrs
joy-anna 9 yrs
josiah 10 yrs
joseph 12 yrs
jinger 13 yrs
jessa 14 yrs
jill 16yrs
joh-david 17 yrs
jana 17 yrs
joshua 19 yrs
here are some stats:
133 months of pregnancy
13 natural births(one set of twins) and two csections (one set of twins)
7,000 sq-ft house with two 1,000 ft dormitory style bedrooms
63 loads of laundry a week
$2,000 monthly grocery bill
6 gallons of milk a week
15 dozed eggs a week
12 boxes of cheerios a week
and
12 rolls of toilet paper a week

They have a reality show on TV. The last one I saw, they were taking a trip across the country with all the kids in an RV.

A show recently had them on and gave them a totally new house with HUGE accomodations for their family - commerical kitchen and applicances, etc. It was like a friggin BARN it was so big! I forget which show but it was shown around the time it aired on Dateline.
I wondered how I'll manage with a toddler and newborn with DH's crazy work schedule - then I read that article in People and my situation looks a lot easier now

The house wasn't given to them, the furnishings were. The entire family helped build the house over a period of several years I believe.

I then think that one of the TV shows helped finish the house and furnish it. I'm not sure who though. TLC or Extreme maybe???

they want bible names. John is a big one. Don't know why they don't use it. Maybe for the next one they will. LOL
