Sudden change in cycle

I am confused about my cycle. I have gotten my period every 28 days since I started getting it as a teenager. The last few months it went to 27 days. I didnt think anything of it b/c it was only a 1 day difference. Well right now it is day 23 and I feel like I am going to get my period I feel that crampiness you get before you get it. We were planning on starting to TTC for #2 this month and now I am afraid my schedule is going to be all messed up and it's not going to be as easy with #2 as it was with DS.

Has this happened to anyone else? I dont know maybe I am just have pre-menstrual pains. Usually I dont get them until the day before though.

They say a womans cycle can change as frequently as every 7 years. It could be that. They say stress can affect it as well.

Is there any chance you could be PG this month?

If you're seriously ready to TTC I would suggest trying OPKs. Your cycle can change very easily, and at least this way you can gage when you're ovulating.

I have been 28 days my entire life. The last 3 months my cycles have been ranging from 39,35,31 days
This freaked me out and made me very nervous something was wrong.


I bought OPK for the first time this month and got the on day 13. Which seems like it would put me back at the 28 day cycle range?

I'm assuming it was just a weird few months.
