IUI to IVF change in mid-cycle?
I am on a clomid cycle and was schedule for an IUI. Does anyone know if I would be able to do an IVF instead? Or do you have to do an IVF from the first day, because of the injections?

I have never heard that you could change from IUI to IVF. It is because the drugs are so very different. However, you can move from an IVF to an IUI.

I believe you have to do IUI. IVF has very specific timings and injections, so I don't think it can be a spur of the moment change.
When we were thinking of IVF we had to plan almost two months in advance. Not only because of my protocol, but because of the lab schedules too.

she's right, you cant change like that. You take different drugs, they regulate your cycle wayyyy ahead of time etc.
