Nothing about this on CNN, yet. 
ets: It is a felony. To make it worse he is a lawyer who swore to uphold the laws of NY. The fact he was the Governor...that just put the icing on the cake.

He was indicted in the Southern District of NY. Spitzer Indicted
ETA -- These are federal charges, not state.
