As a fellow Navy Sibling...CONGRATS!!! My brother loves it! Do you know where she is going to be stationed yet?
Her A-school is backed up.. so she's stuck in Chicago until there's space for her class. They say it can be up to a year. Heck I say its a free check with little to do.
My whole family is military, but *MY* family (closest) is Navy. I nearly got in myself but unfortunately failed the hearing test. So she's sorta fullfilling my dreams.
What year for my Dad and a HELL of an August for him..
On Aug 20 (my bday) my sister went into the Navy on Aug 21st he flew to and arrived in NY and on Aug 22nd my baby (his first granddaughter) was born!

Update: Just a call from Dad. She has school still but her orders are in . .. She's going to Iraq in Jan!!!!
