Resignation Letter -- Is This Okay?

What do you think of this for a resignation letter? Anything I should add or delete?

Dear Boss,
I am writing to inform you of my resignation at company X. My last day will be XXXX.

Despite my short time at the company, it's truly been a pleasure and I appreciate the opportunities you have given me. If there is anything I can do to help with this two week transition, please let me know.

Thanks,

I would mention the position you're resigning, list anything they owe you, and any company property you owe them.

I wouldn't say "if there is anything I can do" bc then I feel like they might dump stuff on you..

Maybe say "In the next two weeks I will do my best to make this a smooth transition for all involved".

Great point -- when I resigned from my last job, they dumped a two-day project in my lap to do in 4 hours. I knew they couldn't make me stay an extra day but I didn't want to leave a bad taste in their mouths by not finishing what they asked, even if it was a sh*tty thing for them to do.
