Reminder! Check your credit reports. Mine has errors.
I usually check my credit report once a year, but last year I was so busy with wedding planning, it slipped my mind. Well now my credit report shows that I was last 60 days late on 2 different cards 3 times in 06. This is a big mistake because I always pay on time. So I called one of the cc's and the woman said "I can only go back to 07". I wanted to ask for a supervisor, but I got so aggravated I hung up. Now I have to go back and find out when my checks were cleared and send them letters. I'm sure its probably already too late for this to be removed from my credit report since its from 2 years ago. Just a reminder ladies, check your credit reports!

But do NOT use Freecreditreport.com - my bank told me that people hack onto that site to get your credit card information!!!

Right...that's how I found out someone used all my info to get cell phones ( I saw the inquiry on my report).
I just got it straigthened out and it all taken off my record, due to fraud. So it's very important to run that report.
I personally never use the free credit report site. I pay for it. I just for some reason never trusted that site, I guess I don't trust free things.

I run mine thru experian.com. You can run all 3 reports from there. Also myfico.com if you also want to know your fico score.

I doubt many people ever get past 800 - 825, though.

hmm..when you go through experian.com under the terms and conditions it said something about access to this site
