Fall was a little movie. Touched me. Harldly anyone has even heard of it - let alone seen it. Eric Schaeffer was the director and male lead. About desperate love.
Pan's Labyrinth is a foreign film and has gotten some attention this year - but still isn't 'popular'. AMAZING. It is a beautiful film.

I don't know if it was popular or not but Empire Records is a great movie. Also I love Stealing home with Mark Harmon and I think its Jodie Foster.
eta: Barfly & Buffalo 66 are great B movies.
