On a sidenote, though. My front left blinker on my old car went out and i couldnt change the bulb b/c of the way it was set up- i didnt want to pay to get it fixed since my new car was being delivered soon, so i drove around like that for a few weeks. Apparently, NO ONE knows what arm signals mean anymore. I would put my arm out the window, people didn't "get it" gave me an attitude, and that arm signal quickly turned into a finger signal  
But yeah, it completely irritates me when they dont signal at all.

I signal no matter what. I can't stand the people that don't know how to use a blinker. If you're halfway in the other lane why are you turning on the blinker at that point?
