Period cramps all day!
They are finally letting up now. Since like 7 AM. Atleast when this use to happen, I could have some beer. Now I just lay there like an invalid.

You could be dehydrated so I would drink a lot of water and keep your legs elevated.

thanks! drinking lemon water now. I bet that adds to it, my heartburn has been bad and I tend not to drink as much.

Janice...did the water help? Ive had the same thing going and the dr suggested LOTS of water and it has been feeling somewhat better (not totally).
