AF cramps and water retention
Okay so after figuring out that I am officially 4 weeks (thanks girls!) I am wondering if these AF cramps are gonna go away soon and why my pants are so tight so early. My belly is bloated like it would be before AF as well...do you lose that? or is it going to get bigger from here! The AF cramps though.....they have to go...Yikes!

My bloating and cramps went away around 6 weeks or so. It WILL go away and your belly will go back down again before it gets bigger!
