Well, I'm actually going to be looking at Nassau now...as well as Suffolk. So in addition to N. Babylon and Babylon...we're going to look at Seaford and Wantagh as well.
I spoke with my father a while back and he has offered to give us money, instead of going through a bank for a mortgage, so he'll basically be the bank we"ll have to pay him back with no interest.
