Ok someone talk to me about BRU return policy please!

My shower was yesterday I got a few doubles with no gift receipt but its off my registry, can I still exchange it?

I got some gifts that I know are from BRU and I added them just now to my registry, can I go today and exchange them or am I going to have to wait a while to bring that stuff back?

How does that completion couple work? When do you get it?

I have things I got with gift receipts that I don't need, can I exchange them? They are off my registry.

I am not sure about the no gift receipt but I would think if it is on your registry & you are returning it, you should not have trouble.

Things you got with gift receipts regardless if they are on your registry will be able to be returned but you will get a BRU GC. I had that happen.

If you don't have receipts & they are no on your registry, you will get the lowest sale price & again onto a BRU GC.

You get your completion coupon 2 weeks before your due date & can use it only once to complete what is on your registry.

This is from the registry book i got at BRU:

return with receipt within 90 days they will help you choose another item or issue a refund.

if you dont have the receipt they will look up purchases if they were made using your CC or if they were made off your registry

If says if it was a gift, hold on to the gift receipt; (DUR) it says they can track if it was purchased off the registry.

I dont think this even helps you. you're best bet is to try and go there and see what they will take back. they will probably issue you store credits.

Honestly, it's a crap shoot based on the location and the person at customer service.

If it's on your registry and you do not have receipts, I've been able to return all things. I've been able to return things without receipt and not on my registry yet the first time I tried, the person said I could only exchange the for the exact same item, different size (clothing).

They have a new policy. If you don't have a receipt then you can't return it. If its on your registry and don't have the receipt they will give you a store credit. We were just there yesterday registering and that is what they told us.

Yep.. if you want just add the items to your registry but honestly they never even cked for exact items, they just looked up my registry and then took back whatever it was.
