Return Policy Question - BRU and BBB
Does anyone know what the return policy is at these stores if something is purchased off my registry for my shower - is there a time limit? Do I need receipts? Thanks in advance!

BRU will accept products they carry in THEIR store (style, pattern, etc...) at the current price. It's best to have the gift receipts.

Yeah. Its annoying to get something off your registry and have to send it back instead of returning it in store

OOH yeah. We had a whole fiasco with BRU & our changing table.... let's just say UPS does not love coming to our house anymore.
BBB never once gave us a problem with a return.
ETA: BRU will only give store credit or refund a CC that was used for the purchase (a royal PITA if it was a gift), whereas BBB will give cash with a receipt.
