BRU return policy....UPDATED
DH already put together our swing. I'm starting to have second thoughts and thinking of exchanging it for a swing with the plug-in feature. We still have the box it came in. Will they take it back without a receipt and in an opened box? Obviously I would do it for store credit towards another swing....
OK- the lady at BRU said as long as it's in the box, they will offer it at the lowest sale price within the past 30 days (since I don't have a receipt).

Oh yeah- I was thinking of taking it apart and putting it back in it's original box. I just don't think all the packing material and stuff are still in there- so it will be obvious we opened the box.

They always check to see if the box has been opened. Maybe try calling one of the stores before you go through all the trouble of taking it apart and going to return it.

Yeah they should take it. I took back a banged up box last week and the girl didnt even care. Just package it up and put tape on it.
I favor the plug in feature as well.

There are a few swings (Graco Rainforest, Starlight Papasan) that use either batteries, or you can plug directly into the wall.
